Yogapalooza! Summer Camp
Spend your summer break with Yogapalooza! – a week of yoga practice, reflection and creative expression – inspiring our pre-teens to disengage from electronics and connect with themselves and others in true friendship and community.
Yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation practices will flow alongside discussion, art projects and group games as we explore the many ways "yoga" can show up in our daily lives. Students will gain an understanding and acceptance of self and others, gain confidence, reduce stress, manage emotions, and connect with one another.
